Wind Zones
Flat Roof Carports are designed for Region A and Region B wind rated areas only in Australia. These are NOT suitable for cyclone-prone areas.

Council Approval
You will need to contact your local council or building certifier to see what requirements are needed for your location. Manufacturer (Spanbilt) can provide you with the Engineering and Form 15, but it is up to the customer to apply for council approval directly.
 
The Kit & Assembly
Spanbilt Direct provide the kitset only as part of a flat pack. Included in the pack is an assembly manual. You will need two or more people to assemble the carport and the right tools. Many of our customers employ the services of a local handyman.
NOTE: Legs are Boxed ‘C’ Sections 150mm x 63mm.
